# Tailored CV for: Logistics Planner at Brightpath Logistics ## Tailored CV **Marta Lindqvist** - Valencia, Spain - marta.lindqvist@example.com **Summary** Operations coordinator with 6 years in logistics and customer support, experienced in delivery scheduling and Excel-based reporting. **Experience** *Operations Coordinator, Costa Freight SL (2022-2025)* - Scheduled 40+ weekly deliveries for 25 clients - Cut late deliveries from 12% to 7% by changing the dispatch checklist - Trained 3 new colleagues *Customer Support Agent, ShipEasy Iberia (2019-2022)* - Answered about 60 tickets per day in Spanish and English - Wrote 15 help articles for the internal knowledge base *Warehouse Assistant, Almacenes Turia (seasonal, 2018-2019)* - Picked and packed orders; used a handheld scanner **Skills** Excel (pivot tables, lookups) - Spanish (native) - English (C1) - basic SQL queries - Zendesk **Education** BA Business Administration, Universidad de Valencia, 2018 ## Requirement match | Requirement | Status | Evidence in CV | |-------------|--------|----------------| | 3+ years in logistics or operations | Covered | Operations Coordinator 2022-2025, Warehouse Assistant 2018-2019 | | Strong Excel skills | Partly | "Excel (pivot tables, lookups)"; the CV does not say how advanced | | English and Spanish | Covered | Spanish (native), English (C1) | | Experience with a TMS | Gap | No transport management system in the CV | | Basic SQL (plus) | Covered | "basic SQL queries" | | Team leadership (plus) | Partly | "Trained 3 new colleagues"; no line management listed | | Plan routes, work with carriers, report KPIs | Partly | Scheduled deliveries; late-delivery rate tracked; no carrier or route planning stated | ## Gaps and questions - TMS: nothing in the CV. Did you use any dispatch or tracking system at Costa Freight? If yes, tell me the name and I will add it. - Carriers and routes: did your scheduling involve carriers or routes? Not added because the CV does not say. - Excel level: can you give an example, such as a report you built? - Zendesk is a ticket tool and not a TMS, so it is not presented as one. - Possible way to close the TMS gap: a short course in any common TMS, once you confirm it is relevant.

--- name: resume-tailor description: Re-orders and rephrases a CV for one specific job post using only facts already in the CV, then lists honest gaps instead of inventing experience. Use when you are applying to a job, have a CV and the job text, and want a focused version plus a clear list of what is missing. --- # Resume Tailor Your own CV, re-ordered and reworded for one job. Gaps stay gaps. ## When to use - You have a CV (text) and one job post (text) and want a version aimed at that job. - You want to see which requirements you do not cover before applying. ## Inputs - CV text and job post text, from files or pasted. Ask for whichever is missing. - Optional: target length (default one page), language, and facts the CV leaves out that you want added. Added facts must come from the user in this conversation. ## Steps 1. Extract the job requirements as a numbered list, marking must-have vs plus. 2. Extract every fact in the CV: roles, dates, numbers, tools, languages, education. 3. Match each requirement to CV facts. Record the evidence line for every match. 4. Re-order sections and bullets so the best-matching evidence comes first. Use the job post's vocabulary only when the CV fact means the same thing. 5. Rephrase bullets to start with a verb and keep every number, date and tool exactly as in the CV. 6. For requirements with no matching fact, do not add anything to the CV. List them as gaps, and note any related but weaker fact (for example "Zendesk is a ticket tool, not a TMS"). 7. Suggest honest ways to close gaps (a short course, a question for the user about unlisted experience). Ask the user before adding anything. 8. Check: every line in the tailored CV traces back to a CV line. Remove anything that does not. ## Output New file `cv-tailored.md` with: `## Tailored CV` (summary, experience, skills, education), `## Requirement match` (table: requirement, status Covered / Partly / Gap, evidence), `## Gaps and questions`. Keep the original CV file untouched. ## Rules - Never invent employers, dates, titles, numbers, tools or skills. Do not stretch "basic" to "advanced". - Write results to a new file, never overwrite the original CV. - Keep personal details local; do not add contact data the CV lacks. - Out of scope: salary advice, guarantees of interview results, guessing what the employer wants beyond the post.
